We are Australia’s largest Mexican restaurant franchise and thanks to the help of our customers we have already donated over 30 million meals to those in need.

In 2005, Dr. Sam Prince, a 21-year-old medical student and entrepreneur, opened his first Zambrero restaurant in his hometown of Braddon, Canberra. Fast forward to 2019 and we now we have over 190 restaurants across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United States.
